Anthropology equips an administrator with the skill to deal with people.
When people come to meet an administrator with their grievances,
anthropological skill requires an administrator to come out of his officer-
ego state and positions himself in an alter-ego state, indentifying himself
with the people and analyzing their problem from their point of view.
When the administrator joins people as partner, a participatory and
relaxed environment emerges for understanding and arriving at a solution
of the people. Anthropological exposure requires an administrator to come
in and to come out of administrative role- frame as many times as the
situation demands.
